Client's Brief

The client faced a significant challenge: they were running out of space and urgently needed to create room for more desks. However, they couldn't compromise on the existing storage capacity, which housed 330 and 270 Lateral V files, folders, and boxes. Additionally, the storage system needed to maintain a height of no more than six levels of filing, be lockable to secure confidential files, and have an aesthetically pleasing design to ensure a harmonious office environment.

OfficeSTOR was tasked with providing a solution that met all these requirements. They conducted an in-depth office site survey and filing audit, ultimately selecting the Bruynzeel Office Mobile System. This system was ideal for several reasons:

  • Versatile Shelving: The 390mm dual-purpose shelves could store all types of folders and boxes while accommodating 330mm Lateral V files on the underside. Additionally, a separate filing rail was included for 270mm files.
  • Quality Finish: The mobile shelving system was available with steel or laminate décor panels, offering a high-quality finish that complemented the office aesthetics.
  • Security: Key locking was a standard feature, ensuring that confidential files could be securely stored at the end of the day.
  • Customized Height: The shelving height was customized to six rows of filing, maintaining the desired profile within the office space.

Results
